Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given that Aaron Leonard Moore, builder of 1277 Papamoa Beach Road, Papamoa, was convicted of a charge of driving in a dangerous manner in the District Court at Tauranga on the 4th day of September 1995.
