Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Conducted Outside New Zealand Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Warren Cooper, Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Time Inc. Magazine Company. Pty Limited, to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme to promote the subscriptions of Time Magazine. Schedule Conditions The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely: (1) Time Inc. Magazine Company. Pty Limited will not conduct the lottery within New Zealand after 14 June 1996. (2) The results of the lottery will be published in the Sunday Star Times on 23 June 1996. (3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any disadvantage as a result of winning a prize. All freight, customs, handling and delivery charges and any insurance costs to cover theft or damage to prizes coming from outside New Zealand will be met by Time Inc. Magazine Company. Pty Limited.
