Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to sections 14 and 14a of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Lufthansa German Airlines has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence to enable the airline to operate scheduled services from Germany (Frankfurt) to Auckland, via Bangkok, code-sharing on the aircraft of Thai Airways International between Bangkok and Auckland. It is proposed to amend Lufthansa's International Air Service Licence to permit the airline, in accordance with inter-governmental arrangements, to operate schedule air services optionally via any intermediate point to Auckland and optionally beyond, with effect from 25 October 1995.
