Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give notice that an application has been made, in terms of sections 14 and 14a of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, for amendments to the international air service licence issued to Kiwi Travel International Airlines Limited to enable the airline to operate to Rarotonga, Cook Islands, with effect from 29 December 1995.
