Southland District Council Appointed to Manage and Control the Mossburn Cemetery CATHERINE A. TIZARD, Governor-General Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Dame Catherine Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint The Southland District Council to have the control and management of the Mossburn Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 1st day of July 1995.
