Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to British Airways, to enable the airline to operate up to five return services per week between the United Kingdon and New Zealand.
