Notice of Application for an Amendment to an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport, give notice that an application has been made in, terms of sections 14 and 14a of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, for amendments to the international air service licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited to enable the airline to operate to Santiago, Chile via Papeete, with effect from 29 October 1995.
