Notice of Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the Alexandra District Court on 25 July 1995 against Matthew Lowell Thomas of Mount Burke Station, 2 R.D., Wanaka, for the confiscation of a 1983 Holden W.B. Utility, registration No. KU 7448. It is a condition of this order that the offender shall not, within 12 months after the date of the order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle. R. J.
