Appointment of Members of Removal Review Authority and Residence Appeal Authority Acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Immigration, Her Excellency the Governor-General has appointed Shelley Kaye Spencer, solicitor of Wellington to be a member of the Removal Review Authority under section 63 of the Immigration Act 1987, for a term current for 3 years commencing on 2 March 1995 and to be a member of the Residence Appeal Authority under section 18b of the Immigration Act 1987, for a term current for 3 years commencing on 2 March 1995.
