Estate of George Brent Pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925 Notice is hereby given that any persons having claims or interests in the estate of George Brent of Luccombe, Edington, Wiltshire, who died on 4 January 1900, either under his will or under an intestacy as children of his brother John, who are believed to be Henry, Eliza, Fanny and Annie, or anyone who might be entitled to share in any of their estates, are hereby required to send details in writing and proof of their claims or interests to the undersigned, the solicitors for the trustees on or or before 20 November 1995, after which date the trustees will proceed to distribute the trust fund amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
