Notice of Intent to Seek the Removal of Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Taima Fisheries Limited WN. 275065, having its registered office at 57 Fort Street, Auckland: In terms of section 293 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, as inserted by the Companies Amendment Act 1993, we hereby give notice that we propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the above company to be removed from the Register on the grounds that they have no surplus assets after paying their debts in full or in part and no creditors have applied to the Court under section 211 of the Companies Act 1955 for the order of putting the company into liquidation.
