Cox Limited (``the company''), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 91 Main Road, Tawa, Wellington: Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, the company intends to apply for its removal from the Companies Register on the ground that at the date of such application the company will have ceased to carry on business.
