This notice advises that the members have requested the Registrar remove Atco Trucks (1992) Limited from the Companies Register under section 293 (1) (d) of the Act. The grounds on which it is to be removed are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum, articles and this Act.
