Kaimanawa View Coffee Lounge Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Kaimanawa View Coffee Lounge Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') which has its registered office at Level Seven, Price Waterhouse Centre, 1117 Church Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') on the grounds that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 231 (1) (b) of the Act.
