DFC Investments Limited Notice of Intention to Remove From Register Pursuant to Sections 293 and 295 of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove DFC Investments Limited, whose registered office is situated at Fifteenth Floor, Harbour Tower, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington, from the Register by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Act, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.
