Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register I intend to remove the company named in this notice from the Register under section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955. The grounds on which I propose to take this action are that I am satisfied that the named company has ceased to carry on business and that there is no other reason for this company to continue in existence.
