MDC Advisory Services Limited and MDC Properties Limited Notice of Removal From the Register Registered Office of Both Companies: 142 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland. It is intended that the above companies be removed from the Register of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the companies have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full their liabilities to all their known creditors and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with their memoranda and articles of association under the Companies Act 1955. Any objection to the removal of the companies from the Register may be made, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, and must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 28 September 1995.
