Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Frederick C Burgess Limited: Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Part VIa of the Companies Act 1955, I, Mary Annette Hay, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington for the removal of Frederick C Burgess Limited, whose registered office is at 135 Victoria Street, Wellington, from the Register. This application is to be made under section 293 (i) (d), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and this Act.
