The Bank of Tokyo, Limited Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 The Bank of Tokyo, Limited hereby gives notice that as at the close of business on 31 March 1996, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand. This arises as a result of the worldwide merger of The Bank of Tokyo, Limited and The Mitsubishi Bank, Limited. As from 1 April 1996, the merged company, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Limited, will carry on the business that is currently carried on in New Zealand by The Bank of Tokyo, Limited.
