Notice of Extension of Period for Commencement of Operation of Casino Pursuant to North Island Initial Casino Premises Licence Pursuant to section 26 (2) of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority hereby extends until and including 24 March 1996 the date by which the operation of the casino authorised by the North Island Initial Casino Premises Licence granted on 21 January 1994* to Sky Tower Casino Limited (now known as Harrah's Sky City Limited) shall, pursuant to section 26 (1) of the Act, commence, being satisfied that the delay is not substantially the fault of the holder of the premises licence. *(As amended pursuant to the judgment in Auckland Casino Limited v.
