Withacar Rentals Limited (in receivership and trading as Withatruck Rentals) Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Anthony George Lewis, chartered accountant of Wellington, and Donald Roy Denham, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, were appointed receivers of Withacar Rentals Limited on the 16th day of June 1995 by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
