Sherwood Furniture Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 The Pacific Island Business Development Trust, incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of May 1995, it appointed Paul Harris, chartered accountant and Paul Benjamin Friedlander, solicitor, both of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Sherwood Furniture Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of February 1992, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Sherwood Furniture Limited.
