John Read Farms Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of May 1995, Messrs John Joseph Cregten and Kingi Winiata Smiler, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of John Read Farms Limited, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 28th day of August 1992, given by that company.
