Jambu Holdings Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8 (3) of the Receivership Act 1993 Robin McLean hereby gives notice that on the 3rd day of May 1995, she appointed Raymond Gordon Burgess, chartered accountant of 12 Arkley Avenue, Pakuranga as receiver of the property of Jambu Holdings Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 17th of October 1990, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Jambu Holdings Limited.
