Stop Collective Incorporated Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim The Incorporated Societies Act 1908 On the 15th day of November 1995, it was resolved by resolution, pursuant to section 24 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that Stop Collective Incorporated be liquidated and that P. W. Young of KPMG Peat Marwick, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of November 1995. The officers have resolved that the society will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 213 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. The 11th day of December 1995, is the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
