Birdwood Greenhouses Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1955 On 9 October 1995, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Birdwood Greenhouses Limited be liquidated and that John M.
