A S Stat Man Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Companies Act 1955 On 6 October 1995, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that A S Stat Man Limited be liquidated and that Kerry Thomas Stotter and Bruce Graham Stowell, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
