Magi Investments Limited Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up On the 30th day of June 1994 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, that Magi Investments Limited be wound up voluntarily and further resolved that Daniel Martin Virtue, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
