Gil Porter Land Company Limited Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company made on the 29th day of June 1994, the following special resolution was passed: 1. That for the purpose of business reorganisation the company, having filed a declaration of solvency, be wound up voluntarily. 2. That Brian Gillespie Moyle, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
