Appointment of Liquidator In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Mode Interior Limited: Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, pursuant to sections 268 (1) (c) and 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, on the 11th day of January 1994, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company: ``That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily. ``That A. J. McCullagh be and is hereby appointed as provisional liquidator, pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955. ``That the remuneration of the liquidator be recovered from the assets of the company.'' Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the company is to be held on the 24th day of January 1994 at 3.30 p.m. in the Conference Room at the Orana Motor Inn, Commerce Street, Kaitaia. Forms of general and special proxies are available from the office of the provisional liquidator, care of Horwath Bell & Co, 2 Redan Road (P.O. Box 2), Kaitaia.
