Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Tiwai Stevedoring Company Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given that after delivery to the Registrar of Companies on the 3rd day of June 1994, of a declaration of solvency, pursuant to the provisions of section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, the company by duly signed entry in its minute book on the 8th day of June 1994, passed the following special resolution: ``That a declaration of solvency having been delivered to the Registrar of Companies, the company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Arthur Millar, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.''
