Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Sumirin Capital Investments NZ Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given that by entry in the company's minute book in lieu of a general meeting, it was resolved on the 6th day of April 1994, that the company be wound up voluntarily and Mr David Muir Gray and Mr Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Wellington, be appointed joint and several liquidators, for the purpose of such winding up.
