Bishops Corner Limited Notice of Voluntarily Winding Up of a Company and Appointment of Liquidator On the 9th day of March 1994, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, that Bishops Corner Limited, be wound up voluntarily and further resolved, that Michael George Thomson of Auckland, be appointed the liquidator for the purpose of winding up affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
