Engineering Limited (in receivership and in liquidation): Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of February 1994, the members of I.S.T. Engineering Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) (``the company'') passed a resolution for a creditors voluntary winding up pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955. Accordingly a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of the Auckland Society of Accountants, Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, at 4 p.m. on the 7th day of March 1994.
