Notice of Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Rautara Holdings Limited (in voluntary liquidation): Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Fourth Floor, Columbus House, 52 Symonds Street, Auckland on Wednesday, the 18th day of January 1995 at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of: (a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of during the liquidation. (b) Hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.
