Metador Holdings Limited (in liquidation) and Metador Developments Limited (in liquidation) Notice to Prove Debts or Claims and Intention to Remove The liquidator of the above-named companies, wound up by resolution of their members on 29 July 1994, herein gives notice that she does fix 19 December 1994, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they have to priority or be excluded from any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution. Furthermore, the liquidator intends to have the companies removed from the Register in terms of section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955.
