Notice Calling Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Certified Investments Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the company will be held at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Twenty-eighth Floor, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 2329 Albert Street, Auckland 1 at 11 a.m. on the 2nd day of December 1994, for the purpose of: (a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of during the liquidation.
