Notice Calling Final Meeting of Members In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of New Zealand Institute of Parks and Recreation Administration Inc (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members of the above-named society will be held in the boardroom of Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on the 21st day of February 1994 at 2.15 p.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the properties of the society have been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator. Further Business: To resolve pursuant to section 328 (1) (b), that the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the society and of the liquidator as he thinks fit. Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them. A proxy need not be a member. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch not later than 4 p.m. on the 18th day of February 1994.
