Minster Carpets (NZ) Limited Notice of Final Winding Up Meeting Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 281 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the company is to be held on the 5th day of September 1994 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of Arthur Andersen, Level Fifteen, Arthur Andersen Tower, National Bank Centre, 209 Queen Street, Auckland, for the purpose of laying before it the liquidator's account, showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.
