Notice of Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hung Doors (1979) Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a final general meeting of this company and of its creditors will be held in the offices of Coopers and Lybrand, Level One, Coopers & Lybrand House, 2129 Broderick Road, Johnsonville at 12 noon on the 22nd day of July 1994. Business: 1. To lay before the meeting an account showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive an explanation thereof by the liquidator. 2.
