Notice Calling Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Creamery Road Investments (No 1) Limited (in liquidation), Creamery Road Investments (No 2) Limited (in liquidation) and Creamery Road Investments (No 3) Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of Coopers and Lybrand, Twenty-eighth Floor, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 2329 Albert Street, Auckland 1 at 3 p.m. on the 30th day of June 1994, for the purpose of: (a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of during the liquidation.
