Notice of General and Final Creditors Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Eight Industries Limited (in liquidation), Caribe Investments Limited (in liquidation) and Culwick Investments Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given in pursuance of sections 290 and 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named companies and a final meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held in the offices of Howarth Brannigan McCullagh & Co., Level Ten, Barclays House, 70 Shortland Street, Auckland at 10 a.m. on Thursday, the 2nd day of June 1994 for the purpose of: Agenda: (1) Receive accounts from the liquidator of his acts and dealings showing how the windings up have been conducted and the property of the companies have been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. (2) The liquidator's accounts under section 290 of the Companies Act 1955, have been made up for the periods which commenced on the 10th day of March 1993, and ended on the 10th day of March 1994. (3) To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution: ``That the books and papers of the companies be retained by the liquidator for a period of 3 months from the date thereof and then destroyed.''
