(2) To consider (as an extraordinary resolution): That the books and papers of the company be committed to the custody of Brierley Investments Limited and that, after the expiration of 2 years from the date of dissolution those books and papers or any part thereof, be destroyed at such times as Brierley Investments Limited may determine.
