Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of lease 463958.1 affecting the land in certificate of title 64C/139 whereunder the Housing Corporation of New Zealand is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a memorandum of transfer merging the said lease (with the fee simple estate comprised in the aforesaid certificate of title) without production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transfer merging the lease upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
