Evidence of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 90A/70 in the name of John Paull, supervisor, Nigel Paull, clerk and Michelle Jarvis, veterinary nurse, all of Auckland, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a cross lease of the remaining Flat without the production of the outstanding duplicate of the said title in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such cross lease upon the expiration of the 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
