Evidence of the loss of agreement for sale and purchase 401053.1, embodied in Volume 31A, folio 1196, whereunder Her Majesty the Queen is the vendor and Sidney Reginald Holland of Auckland, factory worker and Grace Holland, his wife, are the purchasers having been lodged with me, together with an application to register a transmission of the agreement for sale and purchase and a transfer of the land in certificate of title 51B/337 to the purchaser under the agreement of sale and purchase without production of the duplicate of the agreement for sale and purchase in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and transfer upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
