Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order of the District Court at Christchurch (M. 196/92) extinguishing the easement created by conveyance 6651 (17D/41) over the land comprised in certificate of title 7A/518 in so far as it affects the land comprised and described in certificates of title 379/141, 360/267, 360/268, 357/26, 372/214, 379/143, 3D/781 and 355/242 it is my intention to note the extinguishment of the easement against the aforementioned certificates of title 1 calendar month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
