Amending a Notice Vesting Crown Land in the Tararua District Council for Municipal Purposes Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated 19th day of April 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 April 1994, No. 36 at page 1414, vesting an area of Crown land in the Tararua District Council for municipal purposes, by deleting from the notice all references to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981.
