Land Acquired for a State School in Rotorua District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 3.4879 hectares, being Section 22, Block II, Ngongotaha Survey District, as depicted on S.O. Plan 27140, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
