Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Severed by Road Makaretu Road, Central Hawke's Bay District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne: (a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Central Hawke's Bay District Council.
